A Tribute to Pop. A Home for New Rochelle.

Pop's Espresso Bar is more than a coffee shop. It is a love letter to Giovanni and Peter's father, the man everyone called Pop. For over eleven years the bar has been a warm stop on the way to work, a place to meet a friend, and a counter where regulars are greeted by name. Every cup and every sandwich is made with the same care that shaped a family with three decades of hospitality in New Rochelle.

Giovanni and Peter opened Pop's to carry their father's spirit forward. They started with a simple plan. Roast organic coffees with care, pull clean espresso shots, and make honest breakfast and lunch for neighbors. The bar grew one conversation at a time. Today the favorite orders have their own nicknames, and new guests often arrive as friends-of-friends.
